①Promoting diversity and respect for human rights
We support and respect the protection of human rights and strive to identify and mitigate risks in our business activities to avoid any complicity in human rights violations.
We also support career development and the maintenance of workplace environments in which each employee can work in their own way, in accordance with our policy on improving environments within the company. We promote a range of measures, such as fair recruiting, creating good working environments, and consulting with labor unions, to make
tam a workplace where diverse talent can demonstrate their abilities.
②Developing the talent to lead the next generation
Based on our Talent Development Policy, we provide educational opportunities that not only maintain the quality of our products, but also lead to value creation for further business development. We have also put in place a system to support highly motivated employees who wish to grow, learn voluntarily, and gain qualifications, in addition to training tailored to each stage of growth, such as training for new employees and for new managers. Employees utilize this system to take on the challenges of acquiring various qualifications, especially Skill Tests under the national skill certification system.
We also place importance on developing the next generation of leaders, for example, by systematically developing selected talent with high potential, and encouraging employees to take the Business Management Certification Test ®.
③Occupational health and safety
We believe that protecting the safety and health of our employees will lead to the development of our business. As well as complying with the laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety, we promote self-driven safety activities, as we strive to prevent occupational accidents and improve the culture around safety. Labor and management have together established an occupational health and safety management system, and we regularly implement initiatives such as safety education and safety patrols.

Health and Productivity Management Promotion System The Health Committee and the Health and Safety Committee meet once a month at the Head Office and the Kashiwa Factory respectively to discuss improvement measures in relation to the results of stress check group analyses and employees' working hours, and carry out health promotion activities. We employ a full-time public health nurse at our manufacturing base, the Kashiwa Factory, and coordinate workplaces and medical care with industrial physicians and health managers to support the health of employees working at our business locations.
