TM-SCOPE is the web application that visualizes the ‘Production status’ of packaging line that has designed for the purpose of reducing the loss of brief short stop of packaging machine and defective products.
The information accumulated in the sysmtem would be a help for the person in charge of maintenance or production leader to manage the production plan or maintenance schedule. By analysing the OEE data, the effect of improvement calls as ‘kaizen’ to enhance the quality and efficiency can be visualised.

The functions TM Scope can visualize

1. Production status

Real-time monitoring the amount of production, the name of the product, non-defective ratio or current operation status from the devices that are connected to the system.

2. Production history

Viewing the monthly, daily, the kinds of product data of past production. The data can be output in CSV or Excel file.

3. Error history

Viewing the past error history. The data can be output in CSV or Excel file.The video when the error occurred can be watched by integrating the optional camera.

4. Error analysis

Analyze the past error to find the particularly common error and the error that have an effect on the operation of the packaging machine.

5. Monthly operation statu

Viewing the monthly production status by OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness). The OEE is the data calculated by utilization rate or non-defective ratio of packaging machine, etc.

6. Reminder

Pop up notification of the timing of parts replacement or maintenance. User can set the notification on their discretion.

7. Camera image (Optional)

Real-time monitoring the camera image from the camera installed on and around the packaging machine. Recording and playing the error image is possible.

8. Device monitoring (Optional)

Monitoring the value of servomotor, heater or pressure sensor of the packaging machine.
