tam has designed and proposed our automated systems to meet the customer’s requirement and the conditions and those are based on the product character, installation space, the way of the material supply and the working flow in the area to design the productive system, as well as considering to solve the problem the customer had.

casing by parallel robot
In the above packing flow, the products(bags) are turned its posture to prepare to be packed into cardboard box while they are flowing from the previous process.
Then the products are fed to the belt conveyor with sashes and align in the certain pitch. After that the product are picked up and filled into box by parallel robot.
This flow method in the picture uses the sash conveyor and the product posture turning device intentionally, and that makes the packing speed has been improved 10% in comparison to the method that uses the visual tracking. This system accommodates different filling patternsby one(1) line utilizing the flexibility of parallel robot. Meaning, the installation space can be saved comparing to the conventional mechanical type cardboard caser.
