Difficulty in machine adjustment

The product characteristic is defferent from the kind of grain and how it is processed.
Preventing the powder dust flying and seal contaminaion is important as well the accurate volume is filled in the bag. It is hard to see inside the package as the packaging film are normally color designed.

The difference of powder density

Here are the hints of the packaging point of grain.

Flour
Flour is likely to fly since there is a lot of air contained in the powder. For the quantitative filling the flour, the auger shape needed to suit and degassing process is necessary in order to eliminate the air in the flour.

Potate starch
Potate starch has higher density and less air. If more than quantitative powder is fed in the auger screw, the auger motor may overloaded. To avoid the overload, the auger shape must be considered the product nature so as to prevent more starch powder from feeding.

In order to provide more alternatives for customers, we have developed an economical model of Auger Filling Machine. We considered its minimum “should have” features and finally achieved this solution at very affordable cost even kept as made-in Japan for most of general powder filling application. As the combination with our vertical form fill seal machine, it will be competitive auger filling packaging solution from Japan. This is also very suitable as an entry model for those who would like to automatize its production line. This auger filling machine can also be used as stand alone combined with other VFFS machines once its communication is made.

tam Powder fillint machine

tam Powder filling machines use auger screw shaped in helix. The filling is executed by pushing the powder out by the auger screw. It is also possible to weigh the filling volume while filling.

Auger screw suited for the powder characteristics

We have various type of auger screw that are different in diameter, length, shape and offer the suitable powder characteristics.

Prevention of contamination by degassing

We have experiences and techniques of degassing filling to prevent powder dropping at the discharge end. Degassing is the solution to reduce powder flying and increase the volume density by vacuuming the air through the decassing filter. In the combination with VFFS machine to carry out the bag filling, degassing prevents the powder adhesion from the sealing part so the contamination would be prevented.

Integrated control

The integrated control for auger filling machine and VFFS machine is possible that are normally required for the separate touch panel and cotrol box.
