Vertical Form Fill Seal Machines

TWFX is desined as our V.F.F.S next-generation model which has intelligent functions such as automatic film meandering correction device even in high-speed production, contamination detection by the end seal 2-axis servomotors, and film-end forecast & announcement function. Maintenance of the machine can be efficiently carried out by widely accessible structure and LED lights located inside. Usability for operator has been improved in film change and format change.

TWFX can handle taper film

Approx. 20% reduction of carbon dioxide emissions on disposal of material.
( In comparison to normal pillow bag )

  1. Good appearance

    Newly developed former allows less resistance of the feeding film, in consequence less damage on the paper film.
    Reducing the folding wrinkles that tend to be generated with the paper film attributes the product value.

  2. Our unique heater-block prevents air leaking

    Newly developed heater-block is for the usage of paper film, which is more likely to leak the air in comparison to plastic film.

The former base can be turned 90 degrees. The operator can change the former easily without stepping over the discharge conveyor.

In comparison to the previous model, the workload for changing the former has been drastically reduced .
