Measures against package expansion
The coffee beans remain emitting carbon dioxide gas after roasting and packing.If the package is sealed, the package may expand or burst due to the increased inner pressure. Therefore, it is necessary to attaching valve on the package to release the gas out of the package.
Maintaining freshness（Prevention of oxidation）
Coffee bean contains oil and fat. The fresher the coffee beans and powder are, the richer flavor and taste is enjoyable. To maintain the flavor and taste, filling Nitrogen gass in the bag to replace the oxygen with nitrogen gas is the important point since oil and fat become oxidized when it is exposed the air.For selecting the gas release valve
Inner valve is the type to paste the valve inside the bag. This has good effect of gas releasing. The outer valve is the type to paste the valve outside the bag which, the price is reasonable. The valve should be selected for the purpose and the cost. The TWJB is an ideal model, combining both "made in Japan" quality with affordability. Designed with the aim of holding costs down, the high-performance model of the TWJB, which comes factory installed with major functions, can be used "as is" and achieve optimum cost performance. This intermittent model can produce 100 bag/min, sealing quality is secured by servo-driven 2-link end-seal heater system and smooth film feeding by adopting vacuum chamber type film tensioning unit.In case of usage by combination with our FRJB Auger filling machine, the operation can be controlled by one integrated control panel.

Feature
In order to provide more alternatives for customers, we have developed an economical model of Auger Filling Machine. We considered its minimum “should have” features and finally achieved this solution at very affordable cost even kept as made-in Japan for most of general powder filling application. As the combination with our vertical form fill seal machine, it will be competitive auger filling packaging solution from Japan. This is also very suitable as an entry model for those who would like to automatize its production line. This auger filling machine can also be used as stand alone combined with other VFFS machines once its communication is made.
