Wrapping method and required wrapping finish
Overwrapping is a typical wrapping style for box by wrapping the box in wrapping paper and fold the both side. There is also a way to wrap the body without folding the side flaps. Local souveniors or gift items in fancy wrapping paper require gentle treat and beautiful finish. Beautiful and uniform finish is difficult to achive when there are many products to be wrapped, and it takes time.Characteristic of wrapping material
For uniform and beautiful wrapping finish, it is important to acknowledge the material characteristic of the box and paper.If the material is paper box, it is necessary to fine adjustment of packaging size since the dimensions could vary depending on the humidity and how to pack the product inside.
There are many kinds of wrapping paper such as quality paper, coated paper, art-coated paper etc.
If the paper has smooth surface, normally it is hard to glue on since the glue is resisted. In our paper overwrapping machine, the minimum amount of glue is sprayed in mist on the paper that dries quickly, the paper with such property can be guled.
