The TWJB is an ideal model, combining both "made in Japan" quality with affordability. Designed with the aim of holding costs down, the high-performance model of the TWJB, which comes factory installed with major functions, can be used "as is" and achieve optimum cost performance. This intermittent model can produce 100 bag/min, sealing quality is secured by servo-driven 2-link end-seal heater system and smooth film feeding by adopting vacuum chamber type film tensioning unit.In case of usage by combination with our FRJB Auger filling machine, the operation can be controlled by one integrated control panel.

In order to provide more alternatives for customers, we have developed an economical model of Auger Filling Machine. We considered its minimum “should have” features and finally achieved this solution at very affordable cost even kept as made-in Japan for most of general powder filling application. As the combination with our vertical form fill seal machine, it will be competitive auger filling packaging solution from Japan. This is also very suitable as an entry model for those who would like to automatize its production line. This auger filling machine can also be used as stand alone combined with other VFFS machines once its communication is made.

tam Powder fillint machine
tam Powder filling machines use auger screw shaped in helix. The filling is executed by pushing the powder out by the auger screw. It is also possible to weigh the filling volume while filling.
tam desgins and manufactures the both filling machine and VFFS machine. The operation can be carried out by a single touch panel and control box, and the maintenance is taken care by us all at once

We have experiences and techniques of degassing filling to prevent powder dropping at the discharge end. Degassing is the solution to reduce powder flying and increase the volume density by vacuuming the air contained in the powder through the decassing filter. In the combination with VFFS machine to carry out the bag filling, degassing prevents the powder adhesion from the sealing part so the contamination would be suppressed. The unexpected powder drop after stopping the filling would also be prevented. Increasing the volume density would resoult the cost reduction.Wide-top bag is the just right bag for powder drink
The Wide-top bag is the style we have invented. The opening is same as pillow bag that is easy for the user to take the product out, and the bottom flaps are folded to form square shape so that it stand by itself. Zipper can be applied for re-opening and re-closing.Integrated control
