Powder Filling Machines

This is our standard and a kind of versatile model of Auger filling machine for flour, coffee, milk powder, starch, various kind of spices etc. This PFN Auger filling machine can be chosen either stand-alone or mounted on out Vertical form fill seal machines. We are the only manufacturer in Japan who provide an Auger filling machine and a Vertical form fill seal machine together(from one company) , so customer can rely on us for its combination without concerning who takes care of Auger filling machine or packaging machine. This auger filling machine can also be used as stand alone combined with other VFFS machines once its communication is made. To achieve a better filling quality, we have a degassing (de-aeration) device which increases the density of powder before filling and reduce dust generation.
